Direct a Labs System Development team of 8 engineers responsible of business critical systems under work 24/7. • Designed a maintenance protocol based on Kanban principles, which enhanced system integrity, reliability, and functionality.
• Minimized system and service disruptions and resulting contract penalties.
• Initiated infrastructure improvements that reduced the need for maintenance.
• Presented over 50 new ideas (inc. improvements, products and sercices) to the company.

Led Scrum-based project planning and implementation on technical innovations and new product development. Defined requirements, allocated resources, monitored systems development, and oversaw implementation. Served as a liaison between senior leadership and project teams of up to 16 software and quality engineers, systems administrators, and database administrators.

• Contributed to the development of key infrastructure, which helped expand the company’s SaaS product offering and market share.
